At the end of each Year of Light, (Year of Light starts from the day of the opening of the Lodge) the Grandmaster puts forward five candidates for deliberation, with a list of their merits. Each member who will participate in the voting process, shall give points to each of the participant, starting from 5 to the (in his opinion) the best candidate, down to 1 (one).
